Was originally interested in this but was going to wait and see how it developed in a released setting.

However now that we have a GW2 release date I'm ignoring it now. Looks like we will buying two copies of GW2 on release in this household

Guild Wars 2 it is then.

In the meantime, in a desperate attempt to find some easy to get going PvP I'm trying out Tribes Ascend, now it's no longer beta.

I've given up on signing up for betas of any description these days, even open ones. Generally I am waiting to see how the game matures especially for the PvP and/or crafting side before making any decisions and they've all been pass for any recent releases. I tried it over the weekend and tbh didn't really give it enough chance to comment on the game itself but I felt a bit underwhelmed.

Will stick to my original plan of hoping Father Christmas brings me Skyrim and waiting to see how SWTOR develops, community and gameplay wise.

Biggest recorded temperature within my case, that's without crashing the system so must have run higher at some point, is now a whopping 97 Celsius on my Graphics Card.

Am now looking at what the GPU fan is doing in relation to temperatures reached.

It's a base unit (laptop with malfunctioning webcam is the wifes). The Graphics card is HUGE with a ginourmous fan on it.
