If its only lvl 43 and you left prior to TOA then you have lots to catch up on - not only on your class - stuff like Artifacts - new weapons and armour etc with added bonus's from TOA e.g longer casting distance etc.. Then you have the expansions since then - Catacombs - this brought instant dungeon...
