rank 3 - Magus Prime (cloth caster types)
rank 4 - Sergeant
rank 5 - Magus Superior
rank 6 - Corporal
rank 7 - Magus Inferior
rank 8 - Private
rank 9 - Apprentice

What do people think?
I was trying to avoid the use of the words mage wizard elementalist sorceror etc. but ended up using Magus.

Anyone got any better names?

(had thought Sage for rank 3 but couldn't think of any lower rank versions)

I know we discussed this lot at the guild meeting but since not everyone turned up - do people feel a need to change to these?

Why not have a Sergeant that is a wizard, why can a Sorceror not be a Corporal? we are a militia after all

Hmm... keep working on that guild roster, Sergeant and we'll see how it goes
