Help, this should be in the idiot of the day section cos I can say it wasnt me who did it.

Im at work and one of the volunteers has accidentally hit the keyboard up to the desk tidy thing and its made windows change orientation from vertically to horizontal. The mouse has gone funny and the third light on the keyboard (where it has got num lock and caps lock) is lit

Any ideas?

It would happen to thew main comp we have AARRGGHH

Turn it off and back on again.

Did that first, then we changed the keyboard (on the off chance that that could make a difference, it didn't ha ha ha)

After craining my neck for about 15 mins I fixed it Hurrah.

Turns out there is a graphics properties menu, ( was randomly pressing buttons and it popped up.) There was a rotation bit in there and i have turned it the right way and disabled any possibilities of it happening again.

Spank the volunteer. It doesn't help, but it does relieve pressure .

bit late, but if it happens again, press ctrl+alt+up arrow. Assuming it's the intel graphics one, that should set it to the default orientation.

She has been repremanded severly ha ha ha, and i have disables the rotation function so hopefully she cant do it again.

Not a good day for a panic like that to happen to happen
