My timewaster of the week: Runespell, available on Steam. It's a mix of poker and TCG with an adventure story built around it. You fight enemies by building poker combinations, Defeating enemies gives you bonus cards with new abilities. Nothing fancy, but it has that 'just one more fight' quality to it, which is always a good sign :).
Writing a virus for a Mac is like invading Greenland. You could but why the hell would you want to?
