Duel tournament

It's a duel tournament - done by class and split into 'amateur' and 'professional' - (being <RR5 and >=RR5)

best of 3 duels, done quickly - all RAs allowed (hence the best of 3) but no charges.

looks quite good

need more mercenaries to sign up
