going to stop raining!

It's especially irritating as I don't have any kind of waterproof that fits me atm and I really don't wanna spend 40 quid or more for a coat for 12 weeks :(

There should be only 2 seasons: Spring and devastatingly cold winter.

Noooo Autumn is my favourite - been in education institutions too long it's always the 'new start' for me :)

Eeek first semester blues shouldn't kick in til at least the 3rd week of term :) Although I'm still on research leave so I'm not having to deal with the horrors of induction week/new course materials etc.

It's 10 years of research that's doing me in. All the petty politics and bullshit etc....

Head on over to FH you wont find any petty politics and bullshit there.....oh wait...

Actually I feel for you being out of Departmental politics by 1. being on research leave and 2. earning 85% of the Department's income last year has made me a much happier person.
