does anyone know anything about scots law? cos i want to nail some a bunch of fucking ned pricks to the fucking wall!!!! on the way home from my night out i had something thrown at me from a moving car that hit me, if possible i would like to find them and kick fuck out of them if not ill have to settle for letting the courts handle it. I only got half of the cunts license plate, any idea on what i can do to get this prick?
Unfortunate thing about scots law is you need two people to witness a crime, yourself and one other, otherwise its your word against theirs.
As for licence plate if its post 2000 the last 3 letters indicate where the vehicle was originally purchased, (a list of areas on a wall chart in most good motorfactors) the 1st two letters indicate the country of original registration.
Tbh the only way you will find these dudes is if u know someone that can do a PNC check on the police database.
