going to stop raining!

It's especially irritating as I don't have any kind of waterproof that fits me atm and I really don't wanna spend 40 quid or more for a coat for 12 weeks

lol thats how you do it and i think this summer is the worst i have ever seen especially where i live only had about 3 days of sun even then it was cold

personally i prefer rain to 27 C (or anything over the early 20s C) temperatures

There should be only 2 seasons: Spring and devastatingly cold winter.

Eeek first semester blues shouldn't kick in til at least the 3rd week of term Although I'm still on research leave so I'm not having to deal with the horrors of induction week/new course materials etc.

Actually I feel for you being out of Departmental politics by 1. being on research leave and 2. earning 85% of the Department's income last year has made me a much happier person.
